Spin KlinTM disc technology uses thin, color-coded polymeric discs that are diagonally grooved on both sides to a specific micron size.A series of these discs are stacked and compressed on a specially designed spine, with the top groove in the opposite to the groove below. This creates a filtration element with a significant series of channels, effectively trapping the solids. The disc stack is enclosed in corrosion and pressure resistant housing.The Spin KlinTM disc filtration system is designed for long-term and simple operation.

Amiad plastic filters are available with interchangeable filter elements and various filtration degrees with a wide range of flow rates for industrial water filtration applications. These all-purpose filters are constructed from engineered plastic materials and offer excellent mechanical strength and chemical and corrosion resistance.

Amiad plastic filters can be dismantled without tools and the filter elements are easy to extract from the filter housing for rinsing. Upgradable to semi-automatic operation by adding one of the innovative features of the Brushaway or Scanaway assemblies. A clogging indicator can be installed on the pressure check points to visually indicate when the filter needs to be cleaned.
